Terraces at Beachside is located on the corner of Fletcher and Atlantic. The condominium is connected to the Seaside Amelia Inn at 32 South Fletcher Avenue, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034.
For availability please contact us via email at kelly@captainsterrace.com or for a quicker response call us at 262-893-0308. Payment in full is required for reservations made within 14 days of arrival. All other reservations require 50% rental deposit, signed rental agreement, and $100 security deposit. The 50% rental deposits are non-refundable if reservation is canceled. Final payment must be bank funded before entry to the unit is granted. We do accept credit card payments via PayPal.

Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in time is at 4:00pm and Check-out time is at 11:00am. There will be a fee for late check-out unless approved with owner. A $10 per hour late fee will be charged for unapproved late departures; after 1:00 pm, the full nightly rate will be charged.

Amenities & Supplies:
Basic equipment and furnishings for a comfortable vacation are provided including a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, air conditioning, Direct TV with DVD players, telephone for local calls. Wireless internet access is available at the Seattle's Best coffee shop in downtown Fernandina. We do our best to provide many of the supplies you will need, so that you won't have to spend vacation time shopping! A starter supply of standard items are complimentary. Other supplies include a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, full set of towels and linens, beach chairs and a beach umbrella. If you have a specific need, please advise us prior to making your reservation.

Unfortunately, the condo association does not allow guests of Terraces at Beachside to bring pets. If pets are found to be present, you will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.

Occupancy Policy:
Occupancy is STRICTLY followed and limited to six persons for unit 304 and four persons for unit 305. Remember we did not create this rule it is building and fire code. NO EXCEPTIONS.
It is our right to rent to family groups only, or to individuals who are 25 years or older. If either of the above rules are broken the group is subject to immediate termination of the agreement with no refund. We reserve the right to refuse a requested rental; cancel any existing reservation; refund any deposit already received; and/or terminate current occupancy WITHOUT refund if the occupancy, in the owners opinion, is detrimental to the property.

Parking:
One parking space is available on the ground floor of Terraces at Beachside. The covered parking has both elevator and outdoor access. Additional free parking is available at the city park which is next door to the condominium. At this time no parking accommodations are available for oversized vehicles. The parking space available will be marked for unit 304 / 305. PLEASE ONLY PARK IN THIS SPACE OR YOU RISK BEING TOWED. A parking permit must be displayed on the dashboard of the vehicle. A parking permit will be furnished by the owner to the renter before occupancy. Vehicles without permit or improperly displayed permits will be towed at renter's expense.

Telephones are available for local calls only. Long distance calls must be charged to a calling card, to your home phone or otherwise please use a cell phone.

Maintenance, Repairs & Damages:
It is the rental guest’s responsibility to report any needed maintenance and repair problems as soon as possible. If you do cause damage to the property, you must report the problem and pay for the repairs. Note: We encourage you to report problems within the condo EVEN IF THEY WERE CAUSED BY YOU. We will be more willing to work with you. Please remember this is our second home we care more about knowing about a problem, than who caused the damage.
